Regional Sale Export ManagersFull Time

• Job Details:responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries. making sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs. Role and achievements: • Selected to head Middle East region to address prior business challenges and develop future business expansion. • Designed and implemented staff realignment initiative and developed highly motivated team utilizing extensive coaching & counseling. • Controlling the flow of goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customer’s requirements with close follow up with the logistics team • Deal with all tender and sales quotes for a diverse client base from across the globe • Consistently met sales expectations as per company budget. • Have increased sales year on year in difficult times and through economic crisis. • Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations. • Search for possibilities to reduce taxes. • Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.

Procurement ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for supply chain end to end, Materials (Sales-Production-Inventory) planning, Raw Material Procurement, annual supply contracts, Logistics, customs clearance and warehouse Inventory management Including New Vendor developments, Alternate Material Sourcing, Material Purchase Planning, Supplier Development and logistics & Exports. In addition, drive initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain materials costs and overheads. Role and achievements: • Inventory Management and Inventory hygiene: maintain the Inventory across the months within • budgeted levels. • Responsible for RMs inventory managed worth value of 90-100 millions LE and • 40-50 days of inventory. Nil stock outs leading to loss of production or loss of sales. • Conceptualize and established business process improvement through the development of global • transportation networks. Identify opportunities for new business development. • Designed and developed long-term cost reduction plans, improved the lead time of logistics / • transportation and customs clearance. • New/Alternate Vendor introduction & development and high Vendor relationship management helped • to avoid stock outs in the challenging time of the Country’s FE (foreign exchange )& supply crisis of • US Dollars. • Cost Savings Initiatives: interact with R&D and India SC office on approvals of new RMs through • new RMs/modified BOMs. • Negotiations with Vendors to reduce costs and annual rebate deals/ discount arrangements. • Explore and introduce vendors with local manufactures capabilities for imported items • Analysis and data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information. • Estimation of total supply chain costs in for all new product launch and new businesses including • Imported Products.
