• Job Details:Overall responsibility for delivering Retails and Specialty Leasing in line with Dandy mega mall objectives . - Brieng tenant all the process during introductory meeting and provide the coordination for all tenants during the design, t out and handover stage and to be completed with leasing agreement and tenant manual and Brieng the contractors all the Mall system and ensure that they following it - Perform regular site visit to ensure construction is in accordance with approved design and tenant is adhering to DANDY MEGA MALL rules and regulations . - Troubleshoot the tenant problems at early stage and solve it to avoid any delay and understand the tenant Special requirements . - Provide assistance to Leasing with regard to determining scope of Tenant’s Work that will achieve the Dandy Mall acceptable design standard. Communicate and collaborate with tenants and their consultants in a timely and eective manner as necessary . - Review and Manage LOD process to ensure leased space is compliance with obligations and having all the required information Tenant Design Criteria Manual and Forms Authorship . - Assist CAD Operator(s) with the maintenance and updating of leasing plans and the verication of Lease Outline Documents (L.O.D.’s) . - Coordinate with Tenant, Leasing Department and mall operation to Deliver the unit on time with high quality and on the target date . - provide the tenant with all the required document to get all the statutory approvals and help them till the get it all approved . - Dandy Mega Mall's expansion “land behind the mall” which will feature more retails spaces and renovation for interior spaces like food court which raised the foot fall 12% and renovat banks area at the mall And Supervision of It's Implementation . - Prepare BOQ, Tender Drawings and send invitation to the Contractors Company to quote, and get the competitive quotation, make the comparison Sheet and Select the Contractor / Vendor . - Coordinate with suppliers, Civil contractors , and the mall management to handover the project and liaise with them as required . - manage all Tenant Coordination activities as directed and during absences by the Director . - Explain the details/ intricacy of drawing to the Contractors and vendors and ensure that the drawings are accurate and complete to facilitate timely completion of project . - Liaise with THE OWNER for project/design development Concept and detail design drawings production THEN Prepare construction drawings, determine architectural information , Preparation and review of drawings for interior t-out . - Put time Line For the Project and ensure that the contractor will FInish on time .

• Job Details:- Act as a project manager, overseeing it assignments that are aimed at improving the business, and ensuring all parts of project run smoothly - Working from start to finish on each project technically and business view - Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project. - Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space. - Determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, materials. - Specify materials and furniture. - Renovate spaces to make it more accessible. - Produce designs, plans, and drawings for installation - Create 2d and 3d images. - Aware of building codes and inspection regulations. - Prepare highly detailed drawings both hand, using Autodesk applications (AUTOCAD, 3DMAX), Adobe CS 6 (PHOTOSHOP, Illustrator). - Create timeline for furniture pieces project and estimate project costs. - Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements. - Control a project from start to finish - Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during implementation. - Playing apart in project and team management - Travelling regularly to building sites , proposed locations and client meetings - Visit after the project to ensure that client is satisfied. - Act as a project manager, overseeing it assignments that are aimed at improving the business, and ensuring all parts of project run smoothly
