    • Job Details:Respiratory and Pediatrics o In this role, assigned as an insight champion leading the insight team by following up on their tasks related to the market intelligence and develop their skills in gathering the important information and the potential insights through the monthly meetings and weekly calls ensuring high productivity of the team. o Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of established objectives and market characteristics o Forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of the product. o Understanding the product and identifying the USPs. o Develop brand plans for key strategic products along with therapy area plan for the whole portfolio. o Market understanding: market size and dynamics, competitive knowledge, treatment strategies and prescription habits and customer insights through all marketing tools available. o Multichannel and digital marketing implementation including remote detailing and social media campaigns. o Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign, follow up on regulatory approvals and conferences materials. o Supports and follows up on the S& T plan for the assigned products. o Conducts product training for new MRs and refresher training as required. o Segment customers and adapt message to fit each segment’s need. o Create new ideas for engaging customers in a very dynamic market for established products. o Pre-launch and launch readiness for branded generic products with a very different mindset and business model. o Oversee KOL management plans with visits to selected KOLs to support the sales team and facilitate their access. o Regular double visits with MRs to ensure right implementation of marketing plans, conveying marketing message, and assess message retention and recall. o IMS data monitoring and analysis with providing regular reporting on country and territory performance. o Controlling proper allocation of promotional and marketing expenses. o Leading the insights team for insights generation, analysis and execution
