    I have managed to establish the Training Department from scratch for my current Employer (Nile Air). Participated in creating the Training Manual with the concerned department. Improved efficiency of the training systems and reached its objectives in a short time, especially our company go through several official audit visits that need to be well organized and prepared. Promoted to the post (Training Manager). Certified as a Professional Instructor, and awarded to become an in-house Instructor conducting orientation for new joiners, and another basic curriculum for experienced staff. This saved money and time for the company.
