• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Design review for all electrical modifications received to support the estimation / contract department. • Support was given to the procurement team for the electrical material required. • Supported the contract and estimation department with the design modifications received. • Coordinate with construction team work progress and abortive work required related to design review. • Carrying out Daily Routines/Tasks. • Achieves electrical engineering operational objectives by contributing electrical engineering information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining administrative system improvements; implementing change. • Meets electrical engineering financial objectives by forecasting electrical engineering requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Develops strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans; studying existing conditions; determining needs to accomplish operational plans; mapping solutions; updating and modifying requirements and solutions; preparing cost estimates and budgets. • Updates job knowledge by remaining current on codes and requirements. • Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Responsibilities as QC Electrical Engineer at Site S5: • Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site. • Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports. • Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications. • Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out. • Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, and check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections. • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan. • Review and check submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with contract drawings and specifications. Coordinate with design team to resolve all construction issues, and quality related conflicts. • Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with; and report on deficiencies and advise for the required corrections on site. • Coordinate testing and inspection of off-site materials storage and testing. • Inspect all materials for compliance to submittals and drawings. • Participate in development of the commissioning plan, roles and responsibilities. Implement commissioning plan. • Participate in and conduct weekly coordination meetings with the client, construction team and contractor. • Review, assist and facilitate daily report process and maintain the quality file system. • Maintain and update knowledge on various electrical engineering processes & techniques and coordinate with other departments for the technical activities of projects.

Senior Technical Office Engineer – (Tendering / Estimation)Full Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Receive all incoming tenders. • Review and confirm that all required tender documents are available and help decide either to bid or not to bid with the Technical Manager for the received tender. • Prepare all tender clarification for the MEP Work, after completing the tender document registration. • Support in material takeoff, material inquiries, material breakdown, as per received tender documents. • Follow up with main contractor for all tender circulars and coordinate with MEP working team. • Attend required meetings for tender negotiation. • Finalize with working team all technical and material cost for the tender(s) under study. • Finalize with technical Manager the final selling price, prepare commercial and technical proposal for all MEP works. • Follow up with main contractor tender finalization. • Support project division with shop drawing review, material takeoff, submittals as to confirm that project time schedule is achieved.

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Building up the Marketing department within the company. • Planned the methods of expansion and spread for the company, thought attending events and being an exhibitor with Project Qatar 2015 for the first time. Researching and reporting on external opportunities that we could work with. Market survey and meeting arrangements with other companies. Communicating with other organizations and presenting what company can offer and add to them. Coordinate between company personal and customer to assure customer satisfaction.
