• Job Details:1) First point of contact for employees, managers and HR in HR processes, policies, data and applications and provide rapid, high quality and validated response/support to all HR related queries and request. 2) Taking ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening and closing (end to end) and provides a first and final point of contact for the customer. 3) Performs maintenance of HR data via SAP system. 4) To provide service delivery by creating a positive customer support experience through problem understanding, communicating promptly on progress and engaging customers with a courteous and professional attitude. 5) Championing high performing teams with diversity & inclusion. 6) Navigates processes and procedures to get things done while focusing on continuous improvement whenever possible. 7) Constantly in search of ways to develop, learn and apply knowledge and expertise to meet current and anticipate future challenges. 8) Quickly adapts to match shifting demands of different situations and operates effectively during times of uncertainty. 9) Improves business performance by driving change through innovating, advocating and implementing digital and technology solutions. 10) Works well with diverse groups of people, handles conflict situations effectively and builds formal and informal relationships.
