• Job Details:Responsible for the facility management of many projects such as Saifi Village, Aust, Bahri Garden 2, and Factory Loft. Site supervision for maintenance works and oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Preventative and corrective maintenance. Monitor breakdowns, determine needs and assign resources. Water treatment operation and maintenance. Adjust daily work schedule for technicians to meet production requirements and follow up on problems to develop solutions. Responsible for supervising technicians including skills development, safety, discipline and cost control.
