• Job Details:West Nile Delta – Gas Plant Mechanical Completion team - Participation in commissioning system handover walkdowns. - Participation in the clearance of the punch list. - Providing daily Tracker Updates and accurate Progression Reports. - Preparation for the work Packages for Work Scope including (PID, piping isometric, Procedures, and GA). Inspections Team - Design and implement Process isolation and deisolation Plans for the Equipment. - Provided supervision on site as a PA on the mechanical activities for pipes and non-piping equipment inspection Scope and PSVs recalibration, Maintenance, and inspection. - Support in planning for many scopes such as PSV Maintenance and internal Pipeline inspection as a permit Coordinator (defining work scope, Requirements, scheduling, day-to-day Monitor, and Reporting). - Providing Resource Management (technician, material, and other parties) for the inspection team and completion certificates team - Responsible for Control of Work support needed for the issuance Process of the Permit to work for the inspection and mechanical completion teams. - Creating a Task Risk Assessment Document for the work scope by Assessing the Hazard ssociated with the activities and their Control measures. - Conducting the Site Visits at the Worksite with the Area authority for the work Scope and Task risk assessment Discussion, approval, and Scheduling for the Activity. Site Services Team - Design the master activity sheet, KPIs, and Daily and Monthly Reports and Dashboards for the team. - responsible for ordering process and shipment tracking till handling for warehouse of the Demi-water IBCs. - Communicate with the Site chemical team to perform the required Sampling and analysis for the Demineralized water according to the procedures of the company. - Focal point for IBCs Requests between All plant teams and Warehouse. - Providing Safe Handling and Transferring for the IBCs from the Warehouse to the work location.
