• Job Details:1-Booking and reconciling all AR and revenue related transactions and making sure it’s matching the operation system (Egyptian Broking System). 2- Preparing Ageing reports and Accrued Revenues Reports. 3-Preparing E Invoices summary for submission. 4-Preparing all revenue analysis required per Client/Account and send to the operations team for their comments on the variances. 5-Reconciling Premium and Claims accounts. 6-Preparing payments and Transfers requested to settle the balance for premiums and claims. 7-Preparing Revenue reports required for the FRA and preparing for the development fee payment. 8-Booking and reconciling all AP and Expenses related transactions. 9-Preparing all analysis required for the expenses and payables. 10-Initiating online and hard copy transfers for the vendors. 11-Quarterly withholding tax reporting and preparing for payment. 12-Bank Reconciliations and Credit Cards Reconciliations. 13-Inter-company reconciliations. 14-Forex Revaluations at the End of every month. 15-Monthly full reconciliation for the books to prepare for the monthly internal and external report (Internal for the Egyptian management and external for the Head Quarter in London). 16-Preparing Income statement and financial position for the Egyptian management in Local currency. 17-Preparing GASPACK report (Pack of Financial statements with a TB for the HQ in London) 18-Preparing MR Pack (Monthly Revenue Report by client and segment for the Head Quarter) and answering their inquiries related to the Financial Reports and the Monthly revenue analysis 19-Preparing for any Internal Audit 20-Preparing for the External Audit and gathering all the information, Samples, analysis and calculations required by them. 21-Participating in Integration for New Accounting system (from Access to Sage 300).

• Job Details:> Monthly Reconciliation for the Company reports and sending reports to the teams with the mistakes and missing to be posted and booked so we can close the monthly books for all the company branches. > Interviewing and hiring Bookkeepers team and train them to handle the company book keeping daily activities. > monitor the Accountants performance to make sure that they are following the accounting rules and processes implemented.
