  • Job Details:Responsible for managing the full import process for a shipment, from start to finish. - Following up with the planning team the PRs. - Convert the PRs to POs after checking the prices & lead time and delivery inquiries. - Follow up with the supplier the delivery schedules. - Review the documents well and make sure all in order like Cargo x process & Documents details. - Follow up with agents the customs clearance process. - Follow the statement of suppliers monthly. - Review all POs list through SAP and amend its conditions for all items, place and allocate the PO through CXC after that responsible for Inbound Deliveries. - Handling ACID number via Nafeza before Vessel loadings. - Review the invoices and documents drafts before supplier issuing originals, Handling the documentation process and archiving. - Share all data list with Logistics & WH and QA departments to place batches and receive the items on SAP. - Arranging the Form4 bank for all shipments and follow up with treasury departments. - Handling the Customs fund accounts and pre-payments to agents against each shipment to avoid any delay or demurrage. - Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for incoming shipments (Seas & Airports). - Handle insurance of every shipment from the supplier factory to the warehouses in Egypt. - Following up clearance phase with all brokers to release the cargo x and deliver it to warehouse.
