• Job Details:Manage Recruitment & selection processes as per the manpower budget plan, including ad-hoc positions and temporary staff. Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms. Ensure all employees’ records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. Develop & update Job Descriptions & job requirements regularly. Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and induction training programs. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes. Identify and assess training and development needs, including the execution and follow through of the training and development plans. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. conducting exit interviews and analyze the main reasons for Employees turnover rate and develop recommendations. Assist in development implementation of human resource policies & procedures. Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance. Develops and maintains department dashboards and departmental KPIs and reports and dashboards. Responsible for developing data visualizations to allow for quick insight and understanding.
