• Job Details:Delhi exam and interview at the new campus.(helping in the preparation of the day and being one of the panels.) ·Helped in three events for admission promotion and collecting DATA (one in Delhi/ two in Jaipur). ·Made the workshops plan for promoting the Academy’s programmes. ·Made the engagement plan of the Academy. ·Helped in the brand manual with the graphic team (regarding the SWAT analysis/competitors) ·Attended the meetings regarding the promotional plans and documented some. ·Helped in promoting more than 5 Events including (visiting organisations and schools/ telemarketing/ creating content/collecting data). ·To prepare the text/ content for the industry program for the “Incubator Cell” of the Academy ·coordinate with the graphic department regarding the promotional material. ·Sending E-mailer to Garment exporters/manufacturers/alumni for promoting workshops ·Tele- calling to the targeted participants. ·Taking the promoting part of the industry programmes: ·Auxiliary to produce and execute the industry programmes for the Incubator at Arch Academy of Design ·Contact the industry to promote the programme ·Creat the promotional content for the three new programmes Arch Academy is launching : E-mailers- posters- ads- standee / Coordinate with the graghic team. ·Helped in taking the Jury of 5 open houses as a marketing consultant. ·6 brainstorming workshop (to help them creating Ideas for their projects regarding the promotional ideas) ·9 sessions in Marketing for different batches. · Helping the foundation patch in theMarketing perspective for their “toy project”
