          • Job Details: Apply new hiring process:- Communicate with Talent Acquisition Team for (Positions titles-Salaries-Levels). Audit on the required documents from TA (Job Requirements-CBI Results-Interviews Results-Job required letters results) Check employee’s full hiring documents. Communicate with Medical Services Team for Medical insurance membership. Communicate and follow up with Social insurance Team for Social insurance Membership. Audit on facilities Team for new hires access ID. Responsible for sending new hires data to HR Admins Team to create new stuff ID numbers and profiles for new hires. Send all transactions to Payroll Team for applying on monthly payroll. Communicate and follow up with employee’s internal and external managers for employees’ situations (End of probation- Contracts Renewals-End of contracts process-Penalties deductions) Communicate with the Legal Department for investigations results. Communicate and follow up with the company clinic for employees’ sick leaves documents.  Responsible for all employees’ requests.  Responsible for internal and external audits and projects.  Responsible for Resignations and terminations process:- Signing on required documents (Disclaimer form-Form 6….etc.)
