• Job Details:1. Welcoming the patients who are willing to be enrolled in IQVIA’s program with consenting them and introduce them to the related program to their disease. 2. Inform patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. 3. Initiate follow up calls regularly with the patients based on the adherence level to motivate them to stick to the medications prescribed by the physician and reach the optimum treatment strategy. 4. Maintains communication and quality of the program by reporting problems either adverse events related to the products or quality technical complaints accompanied by using the devices. 5. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. 6. Acting as an interface between the field care coaches and the patients in arranging patients’ meetings or visits. 7. Capable of instructing others to provide them with a healthier way of life. 8. Provides necessary coaching to reduce or eliminate behaviors that are considered high-risk. 9. Handling and educating patients on treatment related devices through phones that facilitate treating process. 10. Register new patients on the platform specialized for the program. 11. Submitting all patients’ complaints weather adverse event or quality complaints accompanied by assigned products of the program. 12. Develops care plans that are custom-tailored to individual patients. 13. Timely and accurate response to patient needs and inquiries, ensuring assistance within the required approved script. Others: 1. Perform other duties as assigned including system work 2. Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter. 3. Respect of personal data protection charter.

Patient educatorFull Time

• Job Details:1. Communicating with patients suffering from chronic diseases like Diabetes, that we support in our programs and help patients to manage their disease to improve their quality of life. 2. Increasing awareness of our patients about their diseases, if they are diabetic for example how to use their insulin delivery devices and how to handle problems if any. 3. Motivate patients, using SANOFI products, to comply with their treating physician’s instructions regarding their medications, life style, etc. 4. Giving educational sessions about diabetes through our centers 5. Handling any problems or Complaints that may arise from our Patients. 6. Reporting the complaints to the concerned person & suspected adverse events to Pharmacovigilance manager. 7. Handlings stocks and fulfill all inventories and paper work & cover dropped shifts. 8. Co-operate with Medical & Marketing to cover Diabetes days as assigned per each area. Others: 1. Perform other duties as assigned including system and paper work 2. Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter. 3. Respect of personal data protection charter.
