• Job Details:Respond to customer inquiries  Research required information using available resources  Handle and resolve customer complaints  Provide customers with KidZania product and service information  Process orders, forms and applications  Identify and escalate priority issues  Route inquires to appropriate resource  Follow up customer inquiries where necessary  Make constant runs of the Park to guarantee that personnel is offering adequate service
