• Job Details:The company follow Iso system (quality 9001, health and safety 45001, environment 14001) and i am internal auditor on the company , all the stages of work follow to policy of quality , safety and healthy. I responsible for final quality of fabric 1- Conduct product tests and assessments: coordinate and perform inspections of final finished applying appropriate quality assurance testing models checking that specifications are met the quality stany 2- identify various defects and root cause: Identify the root cause of quality problems with relevant department and coordinate modifications or other corrective actions. 3- Records and data support: keep records of products defects as they test and assess products ,these details records can help identify and eliminate recurring problems then provide these finding to relevant managers to support make decisions about the process and practices. 4- perform necessary training to the quality inspector team. 5- Evaluated staff competence and performance. 6- final decision for the finished product following to the quality system ( 4 point system ) . 7- check the result of chemical and physical lab testing if approved according to manual standard of customer . 8- check the shade testing of fabric if approved according to customer HO50 standard or reject. 9- follow the print or solids fabric from other companies like ( Gama tex , Hesni textile , Salamtex, Nadine print ) 10- Take suggestions from process owners for continuous improvement of Quality Management System and realize Total Quality System, attend to periodic Quality meetings which will be discussed these suggestions; monitor implementation of these decisions and their results. 11- Attend to Management Review Meeting, monitor implementation of decisions and their results. Note , Systems that we use on quality: M3 system, SAP system ,24 point system, data color, light box
