    Achievements

    We succeeded to establish a new factory at 10th of ramadan, me and my team started at nova and no factory was there ending with fully stable production on time which means - 100% of the manpower hired on time (white and blue collar) - all insurance activities done on time for all employees - All policies have been prepared - apprasial forms are prepared and start to implement it then linked it with the bonus given to the employees - 100% of the administration needed purchased and installate which all vendors deal with me and my team for the food, transportation, suppliers .... etc.
