• Job Details:Accountable for creating quality metrics, conducting quality audits, and developing and implementing quality plans • Influence the quality of processes, SOPs, and Lean Six Sigma strategy to facilitate continuous process design consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements. • Identify and lead the transformation of Al-Futtaim Global Solutions from the focus on conventional-issue detection and containment to focused on pre-emptive prevention. • Guarantee or develop the necessary worksheets/systems to measure and evaluate performance, identify trends and reduce variability/defects in critical business processes. • Gather, mine & analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, wastes and improvements opportunities (Use Lean Six Sigma or alike process improvement and problem-solving tools) • Gather requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, SOP and workflow analysis • Support ongoing improvement efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements in a fast-paced environment. • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases • Supporting the internal Teams during the UAT and rollout phases • Complete post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects • Assist in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy • S/he will be contributing with internal and external resources to establish sustainable learning on Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, Simplifications and Continuous improvement. • Responsibilities for leading and motivating the QA team, managing their performance, and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their roles effectively • Managing relationships with external quality assurance auditors and agencies • Developing and implementing training programs for employees to improve quality awareness and skills • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the organization • Maintaining and monitoring key performance metrics using dashboards for monitoring progress, achievements, and business results

Continual improvement and QA Senior SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:•Analyzing company processes and procedures. •Collect, measure and analyze metrics •Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes. •Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes. •Identifying opportunities for process improvement by application of standard process improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM and Digital Transformation. Operational Excellence SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for developing, implementing and communicating the Quality strategy, objectives, policies, and programs Ensure that the current Quality Management System is compliant and efficient and continuously improved Ensuring that SOPs are updated, reviewed and approved in accordance with guidelines and global SOPs Obtaining and maintaining new competencies and knowledge within relevant quality disciplines and industry trends Makes recommendations on how to improve internal controls Investigates & validates clients’ quality complaints. Initiates, implements, and coordinates corrective and preventative actions as appropriate. Scheduling and coordinating internal and external audits. Delivers awareness sessions concerned QA processes / ISO certificates requirements. Collects data for use in research and analysis in order to assist in the provisioning of advice and assistance on quality management and performance monitoring Communicates internal and external audit requirements to different departments. Documents process audit activities and deliver accurate, timely, concise, relevant and constructive reporting to concerned process owners, departments heads, top management. Inspects the specific risk management, financial reporting and productivity strategies that are currently in place “if any” Develop annual audit plans including timing of audit activities. Assess and review efficiency and implementation of all processes and procedures within the organization through internal audits by examining records, reports, and documentation and gather audit evidences. Discuss audit findings and recommendations with managers and top management Recommend corrective actions to improve operations. Prepare audit reports based on the results of stated audits to be presented and shared with top management. Follow-up on implementation of auditors’ recommendations and corrective actions. Complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
