• Job Details:Handling and investigating financial requests as received (Credit\Debit) for all African, AAIB & ALXB banks at TW Online, CMS systems& Jira platform. Submitting all financial payment solutions & performing all financial transactions (Reversal / Refunds / Credit) for Elshayaa Group. Handling and rectifying unbalanced transactions by the investigation with settlement team. Checking with chargeback team and submitting cases of Maestro transactions posting and outgoing levels. Performing and handling all outgoing rejected/returned transactions after investigation with settlement team. Handling & resolving all errors of AAIB & ALXB banks. Investigating and rectifying all types of rejected transactions (MasterCard, VISA) posting and outgoing levels. Investigating & checking with MasterCard /Visa for the validation of (IRC/ MCC/ETC …). Handling weekly / Monthly reports and other required statistics. Performing any other related duties as requested by the company (old/new projects). Handling & Follow up all African, AAIB &ALXB banks at Jira platform. Handling & managing any changes for merchant's POS commissions, Names and any missing financial transactions. Handling reconciliation reports for all merchants at all banks. Setup new merchants & manage the exist merchants with their POS terminals for all types(ADD & Replacement).

• Job Details:Supports information flow with all departments and functions, being involved in HR processes execution. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Recommend and developing strategies, policies to motivate employees. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, interviewing, organizing HR events and issuing employment contracts. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Structuring compensation and benefits packages. Formulate effective monthly and annual appraisals and analyze it's managing process. Developing the organization structure . Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

Customer service executiveFull Time

• Job Details:Monitor database of customers at the CRM system. Follow up the movement of the shipment and negotiate with customs if any delay or problem. Monitor the tracking of all NBE bank Credit cards. Assisting and handling customer's complains.
