• Job Details:I am involved in chemical modification of human cell surface for biohybrids production, mainly in: - Human cell line culture (Jurkat, ARPE-19, Weri-Rb1, PANC-1 and T98G). - Chemical modification of human cell surface: metabolic labelling of cells with tetraacylated N-azidoacetylmannosamine, chemoselective ligation reaction with fluorescent dye sulfo-Cy5-DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne), folate-DBCO, anti-VEGF-DBCO peptides. - Fluorescent microscopy - MTT-cell viability assay - qRT-PCR analysis of folate receptor gene (FOLR1) expression in ARPE-19, Weri-Rb1, PANC-1 and T98G cell lines. - Chemical synthesis of folate acid derivatives (N‐BOC ethylenediamine‐folate, ethylenediamine‐folate, DBCO‐ethylenediamine‐folate). - NMR and IR spectroscopy - Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC)
