• Job Details:- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. - Onboard new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to be successful in their roles. - Process payroll accurately and on time, adhering to all Egyptian labor laws and regulations. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law regulations. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action. - Provide support to employees with any HR-related questions or concerns. - Stay up to date on current HR trends and best practices.
