• Job Details:-Responsible of collecting all data necessarily for the performance management system (PMS) of each position level in all the hospital’s department (Manager, Section Head, Specialist, Exclusive doctors) -Follow up on the activities of the sales and marketing agents (Medical, Corporate and Community) and the outcomes of their visits to non-exclusive doctors -Manages the design & the update of the hospital organization structure format for all departments in order to ensure consistency in the charts -Provide corrective actions and improvements to all attendees during the meetings for the enhancement of their performance in their jobs. -Follow up on the corrective actions established with the employees and managers and be sure that they are going according to the plan. -Develops and implements manager and staff development programs that support the organization’s succession plan.

• Job Details:-Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities. -Provide patient counseling through clear information on the dosage and administration of the drug -Complete pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing staffs' work flow -Verify order entries, charges, and inspections -Remove outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory -Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
