• Job Details:Project Title: "Applying Principles of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma in an FMCG" - Utilized lean and six sigma tools, including DMAIC, DMADV, Pareto analysis, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, 5S, and more. - Performed multiple GEMBA walks, which resulted in the detection of safety and quality issues. - Successfully applied Eight Wastes of Lean in the warehouse, reducing time and motion waste. - Proposed a product reallocation solution that decreased material handling equipment motion by 26% and increased warehouse utilization by 22%. - Led a changeover time reduction study, applying SMED methodology to reduce changeover time and propose recommendations for further improvements, auspiciously reducing changeover time by 30+ minutes. - Applied continuous improvement (Kaizen) on manual lines, implementing a business model to purchase new pallet equipment that increased productivity and reduced pallet stacking time for labor, keeping in mind worker ergonomics. - Developed and implemented zoning maps for the factory, improving communication and navigation for all employees.

• Job Details:- Spearheaded a project that involved calculating external and internal loads of an office manually and then confirmed calculations using HAP, taking into consideration solar and people loads. - Successfully chose a suitable air handling unit and diffusers using Carrier catalogs and accordingly sized ducts using DuctSizer. - Used Excel sheets to estimate the weight and cost of the ducts and stored data for future reference. - Reduced office energy consumption by 25%.
