• Job Details:Worked at TUI Airways account and I was wave 1 in the the email department. I worked on the templates that the rest of the team used and had a chance of communication with the client (TUI) to find the perfect parameters to assist the customers. Worked as tier 2 and had direct connections with TUI Back office. I then trained the new waves and applied to be a supervisor. Learned Excel, power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word of course. Established a system on Notion as a way of internal communication between the team members aside from the other colleagues who are in another departments. Joined the MBA program.
