- Job Details:• Assign walk-in customers with minimum waiting time to the right party. • Maintain accurate records on the daily number of walk-ins and ensure daily reports to the line manager. • Handle complaints, and customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines (as per SLA and Priorities). • Escalate customer issues and report major problems to Superiors. • Make recommendations for improving the process of receiving walk-in customers to reduce waiting time and increase customer satisfaction. • Ensure Reception Area and Information desk are kept clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout the day. • Coordinate with Office Assistance to ensure all customers are offered refreshments in the waiting area. • Attend weekly staff meetings and proactively raise issues for group discussions and information sharing.
