• Job Details:- Review child care kit and add introductory session, stories & interactive activities (11 sessions) - Develop the effective volunteering workshop - Develop the training of the procedural manual for the new kafala families system (8 sessions) - Prepare the child with disabilities care program (7 sessions) - Develop advanced caregiver program (2 phases/11 sessions per phase) - Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts in developing training manuals and content - Design developmental assessments to evaluate and improve trainees’ performance - Follow up on the implementation of trainings and add modifications if it is necessary.

Curriculum Developer Assistant

• Job Details:- Participate in designing 4 training kits consisting of (child book, facilitator manual, family instructions, pre & posttest, session report, time outline, power point presentation and application form). - Design recreational activities to confirm specific values and skills. - Participate in training the facilitators on the developed kits. - Follow up on the implementation of the developed training packages, and add modifications if it is necessary. - Design and implement exploratory studies, and write the final report. - Check spelling books, manuals, and all publications. - Participate in writing concept note for new projects. - Participate in working on the strategic plan for CECF. - Participate in developing the vision, mission & CECF profile. - Responsible for volunteer management.
