- Job Details:- Responsible for planning and managing a professional and high quality customer service operation in line with the retail standards set for the mall. - Focal point between customers and tenants with the mall’s different departments. - Handling and initiating the new Valet service project in CFCM launching and operations. - Responsible for developing an in depth understanding of the retail center, including the design and the layout, as well the principals of customer flow within the mall. - Renovation the directional sings across the mall. - Updating and reviewing the mall’s directory on monthly basis with the marketing team. - Delegate for CS manager in case of absence. - Plan the duty rosters for the staff responsible for handling customer service desks, with the objective of ensuring adequate coverage, particularly to meet peak time trading requirements. - Custom made reports are issued to analyze the customers’ complaints with a regular follow up calls to ensure the best customer experience.
