• Job Details:Define Project/Programs Governance, Controls and Policies. Apply PMI methodologies “Earned Values, ETC, EAC, BAC…” over all Projects/Programs. Daily Managing Projects / Programs Throughout its life cycle. Managing and tracking the Projects/Program’s Financials budget. Managing and utilizing resources across multiple projects. Consolidate Projects progress and financial reports into a single interactive dashboard using Power BI. Managing risks and issues and taking corrective actions. Managing stakeholders’ communication. Negotiation with Vendors, Customers and sub-contractors. Create Contracts with subcontractors. Managing the main Project / Program documentations like (Initiation document, P&L, Project plans, change requests, Projects sign off Document …). Managing and Executing Local, Regional and offshore Projects/Programs. Managing multiple teams in different countries in same time. Managing different internal teams “Execution, Procurement & Finance”. Managing IT infrastructure & Security Systems Projects. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Managing and supervision the implementation of all processes and activities related to the projects including preparing and developing the bids. Setting projects’ plans and follow up the progress of its work and achievements as well as managing relationships with various subcontractors, consultants and engineers to ensure optimum utilization of resources and achieving highest profitability, productivity and effectivity rate. • Setting detailed policies and procedures for all processes and activities related to the development and project management in order to ensure standardization and specialization of work and avoiding randomness in the implementation of tasks. • Participating in new opportunity bids preparation and recommending proper consultants and contractors. • Preparing new projects’ plans and identify all the resources needed to implement the projects within the approved cost and profits limits. • Follow-up the existing projects’ process and studying the full achievement of all phases of the project to highlight the stages to be completed as planned and those that are not in line with plans • Take all proper procedures relating to correcting the situation of the late stages of projects to ensure that they are consistent with plans and avoid any additional cost and fines. • Managing work of all sub-contractors, consultants and engineers to make sure the participants carrying out their work properly and within the quality and productivity of planned levels. • Reviewing & approving achievements& payable reports of subcontractors and consultant. • Participating in managing relations with various customers in order to achieve the planned achievements and not to impede the implementation of plans and programs.

IT Projects ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:During Pre-Sale Phase: * Actively participate in the project team • Highlight feasibility of the solution, availability of resources and time constraints to the project team. • Review the draft of contract from project point of view.  During Project establishing phase : • Ensure that initial project team is setup and future staffing is committed. • Assign responsibilities. • Define plan for resources, build, test, integration, operation support and training when applicable. • Put in Place the process of progress reviews. • Define a plan for producing deliverable in the required standard. • Make sure that the project manager from the customer side is identified.  During Project Execution phase: • Tracking the project against the plan. • Measure progress toward and/or deviation from goals. • Measure individual performance. • Take corrective actions when needed. • Reporting of status, highlight deviation of management & project team. • Maintain the definition of deliverables and completion criteria of all tasks. • Get customer acceptance for each phase / task deliverables. During Project Completion phase: • Produce the project completion report, statement of completion. • Document the business case. • Sigen maintenance contract &Follow; up payment.
