Assessment and Development Center Manager universityFull Time

• Job Details:Design and deploy structured assessment guides for external candidate selection by designing the assessment tools (CBI, NAGD, Presentation , Case studies) and deploying psychometrically sounds assessments for selection or to complete his /her assessment cycle with development center team Design the development center tools and aligne with the OD team. Implements structured individual development plans in alignment with the OD team. Assess the internal employees and highlight the individual plan needed. Work with the stakeholders to schedule appropriate on the job training. Deliver key training in technical subject matter (psychological). Interpret data and report conclusions drawn from their analyses to facilitate organizational decisions with regards to evaluation needs and assessment results. Supports and provides expertise to refine the external assessment system, including implementing assessment tools and building assessment calendars. Continuously monitoring of incoming assessment data across Andalusia and to ensure the reliability and validity of the assessment results, analyze, and report assessment measures at both the individual and aggregate level Optimizes the assessment procedures and tools periodically in alignment with OD and recruitment team. Provide advice and guidance on the selection, adoption and adaption of appropriate assessment methods, tools and techniques based on the context of the assessment and how the results of the assessment are to be used Interpret assessment findings and ensure the preparation of assessment report to summarize such findings and preparation of annual and on-demand reporting on score distributions, testing trends, etc. Coordinate action plans for the assessment of external partners: annual reassessment program and new assessments, document tracking and archiving, Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) follow-up. In alignment, with Development Center Head as necessary and Training & Development department for the assessments results for the identified externally HiPos candidates to ensure that they undergoing the needed development plan and support. Ensures assessments follow ethical, legal and regulatory requirements. Works on incorporating best practices and trends into Assessment Center activities.
