(Citrix Programs, Ericsson 2G, OSS Common Explorer, Huawei, SIAE, Emerson Systems). - complete and full responsibility of handling any Trouble Ticket assigned to NFM team, troubleshooting the case and taking the necessary action to solve the problem and resolve the ticket. -Handling any radio /performance complain on spot. -Aiming to keep the network availability at the standard level. -Handling a team of technicians in troubleshooting and giving them technical advice during their work in site to clear alarms within SLA. -Reporting critical actions to the higher-level management. -Support other parts of the organization to resolve outages and incidents.

Field Service EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Managing Alex-3 East Area , Northern region, Vodafone Project . -Acting on Down sites and Backlog to achieve required KPIs like (MTTR, Network availability ) . - Escalating any abnormal behavior to Remedy Team . -Managing the maintenance of 3G mobile equipment. -Controlling warehouse activities and tracing the record of spare parts and consumables. - Check if there is VSWR measurement in the cell using Site Master. Configuring Rectifier and External alarms for Ericsson sites. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of RBS6000 & RBS 2201 alarms . Managing Revamp Project . -Configuring SIAE microwave links . -Troubleshooting Bep Nodes & RTN equipment alarms

• Job Details:Configuring RAN,TRM and power equipment and make the cell sites ready for service activation . Implementation, Installation Power and Radio Cabinets & Radio Units - Configuration, Integration for Ericsson equipment and Cutover (indoor & outdoor). Telecom material ordering and tracking in the warehouse and sites
