Manage orientation program for the new comers (onboarding program) and reorientation for existing employees. Ensure abiding to the government affairs (Labor Offices - Social Insurance Offices - Taxes Auditors & Industrial security) through providing them with all required documents to avoid legal penalties.

Initiate the digitizing process of HR Department toward the paper-less status. Responsible for the training process of employees’ company on the usage of IBM Lotus Notes software.
