• Job Details:Responsible for recruitment process for both blue collars and white collars, sourcing, interviewing, selecting and HR filling system. Responsible for hiring process, pre-hiring documents, employee file and company orientation. Designing and implementing the recruiting strategies for company based on needs. Participate on conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Transactions of workers and employees in the labor office. Preparing and following up the health insurance service for employees and preparing and paying social insurance monthly. Transactions of the company's traffic department, the company's workers, and everything related to the forms and licenses to operate cars owned by the company, and comprehensive car insurance. Fingerprint and follow-up with branch managers to determine attendance and absence. Calculate and process payroll transactions to be entered into payroll sheet. Evaluating the performance of individuals and departments. Map out annual training plans for management. Design and develop training programs (outsourced and in-house). Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes). Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
