My achievements in that last career were as following:
1- I knew the HR roles in the business generally, and the recruitment cycle especially.

4- I used my previous skills in the customer service industry in this position. Therefore, I presented the best service to the candidates who are talking to me on the phone or face to face. Also, I was receiving their calls to answer their questions and requirements.
5- I knew how to make a phone call interview and ask the candidate about any information I want.
6- I took how to deliver the right answer in the right time.
7- I have been informed how to screen the C.V.s and how to collect the essential data.
8- I became a hard worker and I managed my time to finish effectively my tasks.
9- Follow-up with the general manager the recruitment steps accurately.


I have learnt an outstanding experience from this industry and I achieved many targets like:
1- Knowing the importance to manage my time and being accurate.
2- Handling the angry clients and solving their problems.

I have known how to handle many cases I have to face in my future career. I have learnt how to deal with the customers, how to present for them the best service and consultancy, and how to face any problem they face. I knew the banking products, services, and offers the bank presents to his clients. I had to listen to my trainers advice, to respect the employees environment, and to take attention to the smallest details. I learned how to be determinant, decision maker, presentable, respectful, helpful, accurate, organized, flexible, professional, being listener before being speaker, cheerful, attentive, careful, secret keeper, confident, and cooperative with other colleagues.
I had to watch and listen the conversation between my trainers and the customers and to take some notes about it.
Finally, I got a professional certificate from the direction which assures that I succeeded in the training period as a customer service trainee.


I gained some experience from the school as following: 1- Managing my time. 2- Enrich my knowledge. 3- Respecting and accepting others whatever they are. 4- Being a serious person who respects his time and his studies. 5- Learning two foreign languages (English and French), in addition to my native Arabic language. 6- Determination of my educational path in the secondary stage when I joined the literary section. Also, from the university I learned which can develop my career as: 1- How to deal with foreigners like my french professors. 2- Knowing their cultures and traditions. 3- Studying many fields related to the professional life like: HR - Marketing - Accounting - Human rights - English - French - Management - Taxes and customs - Economy - Financial markets - Commercial studies and statistics - and Commercial law - Behavioral sciences - Financial maths. 4- Experiencing the summer training in the banking world for one month and knowing its products and services.
