• Job Details:- Prepare a realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and tracking and following up project procedures and the progress of work in the project - Keep the project team informed about project status and issues. - Tracking and following up timely reports to the client as per contract execution of the plan - Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to ensure the - Perform daily monitoring of ongoing activities and report any deviations to higher Managers with causes of delay and recommended a recovery plan - Suggest Corrective action to make the project finish on time - Plan and prepare project documents and update them regularly - Make recovery and revised schedule - Developed a monthly cost report that represents all cost details and aids in providing continuous forecasts in case of amendments in the planned cost (Updating of time Schedule - Monitoring all Site works –MonthlyStatus Report - Biweekly report – External Weekly Report - EV vs Invoice Report –Project Dashboard - Cost control report – internal Weekly progress meeting).
