• Job Details:Vodafone is a multilingual company in which all four of my languages were used. I had to speak to the customers in the UK and help them with their problems, help them with sales and even complaints about their Vodafone product. At all times I had to give the up-most, highest level of customer service as well as having a fluent level of English to understand the strong and powerful British Accent (my wife is British, hence I am perfect within this). A short term contract was held with Vodafone in order to pursue a career closer to home in Maadi as 6th October was too far for my family.

• Job Details:A short term summer holiday contract in which I was responsible for organizing and running sports events. I had to be physically fit, organised, Multilingual due to a high number of international guests, able to work under high stress, able to work under the Egyptian summers heat and have a high level of customer service. A short Term contract that gave me some essential skills and some fun and memorable experience.

Tour LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Topdeck is a world wide travel company in which I worked for them for two years during Egypt's prime touristic time. Topdeck runs in Europe, America, Asia and Australia giving tours to 18-31 year old worldwide. I worked with tourists from all over the world, every nationality and almost every language. My English is fluent, it has to be in order to be able to understand the very multilingual English world that Americans, British and Australians come from.I was responsible with my tourists from everything such as bookings, taking payments, organizing last minute day trips and making sure their health and well-being was perfect during the duration of the tour. Working for Topdeck was an excellent opportunity that i was succeeding highly within but unfortunately due to Egypt's tourism I had to move on in order to find work that is still stable in this economy.
