• Job Details:Carrying out the role of the Employer’s Representative Assistant (Project Manager) responsible for two High Standard Residential Projects (FLA 1&2) in Cairo Festival City, my duties and responsibilities included, without limitation, the following: Ensure effective and efficient integration & interfacing between all Project’s concerned Parties to properly achieve the Project scope, time and cost. Manage and ensure that all project parties meet their Obligations under the project Contract Agreement. Organize, chair and manage progress meeting/ Programme or schedule meetings with the Employer and the Contractor to monitor the project progress against baseline schedule, ensuring the issuance of meeting agenda/ minutes covering all subjects discussed and report to the Employer on the critical issues affecting the project progress or cost. Assess and review the issuance of Instructions (written or verbal), Changes, Payment Certificates, Financial Statements and Taking Over Certificates in accordance with the Contract and the Project’s Standard Procedures. Manage, monitor and update the project Progress Planned Vs Actual on Site and setting realistic expectations for day-to-day deliverables. Ensure the Project meets its objectives in accordance the Project Contract Agreement, specifications, quality and HSE Standards stipulated. Manage and coordinate Project Testing and Commissioning process and procedures. Ensure Proper Project’s Handing Over by close monitor to the Process of Handing Over Documents’ submission including As-Built Documents, Warranty Certificates, Collateral Warranties (if any), Operation and Maintenance Manuals, End user training certificates…etc. Issue to the Employer a Monthly Progress Report, through which threats, areas of concern, critical activities and the impact of changes on the project Programme are reported. In consultation with the Cost Consultant, monitor the Project’s actual Cost Vs the Planned. Also, acting as technical advisor in connection with the forecasted costs of the potential and actual changes. In collaboration with the Contractor and Supervision Consultant, develop a schedule for closing out activities including T&C status, Punch Lists, Starting Up Procedures, Occupancy Forms and issuance & performance of Work Orders during Defect Liability Period. Monitoring and keeping records of the Contractor’s Documents (Correspondences, Submittals, Weekly and Monthly Reports). Monitor Change Management Procedures and timely record the documentation for the same. Manage, advise and contribute in resolving Claims and Disputes arising from same during the Project Construction Phases that might prejudice the work progress

• Job Details:Comprehensively plans and manages all site construction works of the SAAB Tower, Car Park and Podium (valued at circa 695M SR) in line with the project management plan. Controls budget, time and resources to maintain smooth operations, to adhere to project schedules and pre-defined objectives. Oversees staff and sub-contractors on site, evaluating progress in terms of quality and efficiency. Ensures smooth project progression, implementing solutions at different project phases and provides clients with regular status updates. Coordinates with corporate departments for the provision of support services as HR & administration, finance and procurement. Compiles project progress reports and manpower productivity reports, discussing accordingly with PM and project Site Manager. • Built on an increase of 70% to 88% by delivering staff training on maximisation of resource usage to further increase manpower productivity rates and decrease direct manpower costs through project life cycle valued at circa 14.75 M SR • Attended software training for various programmes, including Oracle (ERP Production), DLAEEL, ETime Attendance and Primavera p6 EPPM to streamline operations around procurement and project schedules

• Job Details:Responsible for day-to-day supervision, site management and project delivery of the Al Rajhi Bank Project, which involved construction of an operation centre, cash centre and data centre valued at 750M SR. Effectively responded to construction schedules to ensure quality standards in compliance with design specifications, approved shop drawings, budget and project schedule. Prepared quotations for sub-contractors, suppliers, service providers and identified scope of work for each document. Proactively analysed risks and opportunities promptly implementing mitigation measures where risks were acceptable. Collaborated with the project manager, planning manager and project staff to co-ordinate the construction schedule. Developed and implemented resolutions to complex technical problems. Ensured all construction processes were completed as per safety and quality guidelines. • Collaborated with engineering, procurement, cost control and commercial departments to amend the structural design form precast hollow core slabs to a post tension system which achieved a variation order of +40.o M SR in addition to fast forwarding project completion to 4 months ahead of schedule
