- Job Details: Main responsibilities: Comp.&Ben. • Responsible for monthly Payroll process. • Handling all expenses and financial benefits procedures. • Processing bonus payment. • Prepare and monitor " H.R Budget" • Acting as a liaison with the medical provider and all employees, responding to employees' inquiries, handling employees' claims, resolving any issues or problems they might have to ensure employees' satisfaction with the medical services provided. HRIS • Good user of COMSES program's (attendance module) & (payroll module.) Administration • Filing and archiving, documentation and sending any required formal letters. • Dealing with all external parties (mobile phone companies, employment office, social security, the Office of Manpower (Emergency Aid Fund), Electricity and water co. , Communication Egyptian co. and Health insurance co. • Responsible the car movement Others • Prepare the Job description for staff • prepare the evaluation for staff
