• Job Details:• Ensure all detail planning is performed in a highly professional manner with the desired level of accuracy and in line with the Company objectives. • Generate reports related to the Production activities for presenting to the Management for strategic decisions • Plan and schedule workflow for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. • Plan sequence of installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers. • Monitor the material and tooling availability when scheduling work to produce the daily work plan. • Develop recovery schedules as required to accommodate manpower, material, and/or tooling shortages. • Develop visibility within the Production to show manpower, tooling, and material status. • Work closely with production personnel to ensure the plans produced are realistic, achievable and feasible. • Coordinate with production personnel to evaluate, plan, and schedule new proposals or customer requested work scope changes. • Keep production, planning and inspection supervisors informed of progress and notifying them of any exceptional situations requiring special actions. • Track and display work progress against the planned schedule and make detailed reports about each cycle in the manufacturing process. • Possessing good leadership qualities and organizational abilities. • Optimum utilization of human resources. • Total technical control over the process. • Selection of process to obtain maximum recovery with minimum losses in the process, with excellent quality of final product. • In the off season I have supervise the R&M work in various section. • Adjust the performance of industrial processes ranging from juices and even white sugar production. • Work to support the provision of all necessary conditions for the production of white sugar and transactions (Water - heat - steam ...... etc.),. • Inspect and review the quality of industrial processes in the factory work system,. • Review and examine all the industrial processes, which commissioned the Industrial Control, quality and return figures where there were diffraction to normal as quickly as possible . • Continuous traffic on all sections of the plant and equipment and for lifting no diffraction at the time., • Linking sugar output with the ratio of sugar calculated in the cane supplied and accounting of proven negligence,. • Reduce the value of the losses estimated for sugar to its lowest value,. • Coordination with all sections of the plant in order to obtain the highest possible output of sugar
