• Job Details:• Senior Accountant for the company's branch in Germany. • Review and post purchase invoices. • Prepare recurring general journals for vendors permanent contracts. • Prepare journal entries for accruals. • Prepare and post sales invoices with the coordination of sales department and project management department. • Review and post journal entries for banks and corporate credit cards transactions. • Review ledger entries for vendors and customers to ensure completeness and accuracy of financials. • Prepare all monthly receivable and payable reports. • Preform monthly balance sheet, income statement and variance analysis reports. • Provide supporting documents for tax consultants in Germany and assist with financial statements preparations. • Responsible for training and supporting junior staff in Egypt and Finance team in Germany.

Junior AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Prepare the company yearly budget for the German branch. • Perform variance analysis reports for all balance sheet accounts and P&L accounts by cost centers. • Responsible for receiving and recording purchase invoices. • Prepare payment orders to support the on-time payment of vendors. • Record and follow up recurring vendor invoices. • Prepare the monthly receivable and payable up to date balance reports. • Prepare the monthly receivable and payable aging reports. • Record journal entries for all banks transactions. • Record journal entries for all corporate credit cards transactions. • Prepare cash flow for projects to manage cash flow out & cash flow in. • Handle advance payments, travel expenses and prepare reimbursement settlement. • Undertake all treasury operations and monitor the cash flow of the company on a daily basis. • Responsible for testing finance software system that developed using FileMaker tool. • Responsible for supporting and training my German colleagues on ERP system "Microsoft Dynamics NAV".

AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:– I have worked in the analysis of daily transactions to detect the movement of the treasury, the analysis of general & administrative expenses and operating expenses. Also I have analyzed the monthly trial balance and I have detected the journal entries for the bank statement every month. I was responsible for recording the purchases process whether on credit or cash and recording the payment process & recording the sales process to many customers whether on credit or cash and recording the collection process. After that I have recorded this data to the ledger account. I was also responsible for the follow-up of current customer accounts.
