• Job Details:• Gather, analyze and assess business requirements and recommend IT solutions with all relevant stakeholders across organizational boundaries • Collaborate with business and IT teams to balance business requirements with technical feasibility and prioritize bug fixes/enhancement requests effectively. • Constantly improve processes, interfaces and UIs with the goal of a lean company • Create and manage documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project; through concept, requirements, design, test, and implementation • Research, study, evaluate and advice on processes, policies and procedures for further improvements. • Designs data collection methods to support the analysis used • for management decisions. • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. • Collect and compile statistical quality data • Model current state and target state business process flows to help identify business process gaps and identify solutions that align with business strategies. • Define and scope improvement opportunities. • Drives the momentum of each process improvement project forward, on schedule, and under budget where applicable. • Participates in and develops Lean activities (Kaizen, VSM, etc.). • Participates and applies necessary technical skills (DMAIC, Lean) to deliver improvement results. • Coaches plant personnel on Six Sigma Lean tools. • Employs overall Quality knowledge and concepts when working through initiatives.
