Junior HSE Manager Full Time

• Job Details: Coordinate blasting activity for tunnel/awareness training implementation on evacuation procedures.  Project Weekly HSSE metro flash report for client and PMC (Qatar rail)  Management of site safety issues, document processes and procedures, as regards to safety (preparation of HSE Statistical Reports) raising of CAPA for issues on site that are pending.  Upholds occupational Health & Safety Standards of the Employees.  Liaises with clients and others to ensure adequate compliance with company and HSE policy, standards and procedures.  Routine site/facility inspection to ensure good housekeeping and HSE preparedness for operations.  Focal point for emergency response procedures, especially at inductions.  Development and implementation of Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Procedures.  Preparation and coordination of HSE reports.  Responsible for the provision, upkeep and maintenance of HSE equipment. Responsible for communicating HSE requirements and improving awareness of personnel through daily Toolbox Talks and Pre-job meetings.  Monitor the prevailing working conditions and correct unsafe working practices on the spot to ensure that Health and safety objectives are achieved (Zero Harm philosophy.)  Provide necessary instructions to work force in maintaining good housekeeping and proper waste management and disposal.  Make monthly inspection of moving equipment and fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, ladder etc.  Provide HSE awareness and ensure that employees understand safety rules and regulations of the company and keep to it.  Assist the site team to execute their work in accordance with established project procedures, HSE requirements and guidelines. (Ref to HSE MS, QCS 2010, Qatar Welfare Standard).  Administers inspections and hazard evaluations of prospective jobsites, pre-job safety check lists and audits/hazard evaluations of existing jobsites for presence of risks and makes appropriate recommendations for avoidance, transfer or retention of risk.  Provide advice, recommendation and guidance to Site management with regard to emerging safety issues and regulatory trends.  Assist in conducting effective internal safety audit (SO50) and self-assessments to ensure that safety policies and procedures are being enforced and that compliance with company and government requirements is being maintained and also prepare Action plans to close out issues identified during the audits.

safety supervisor Gas plant (QP) Full Time

• Job Details: Performs gas tests for Confined Space Entry& equipment checks. Monitor and support all HES initiatives and key performance indicators with a view to achieving zero lost time incidents/ road permits and closures for repairs  Co-operates with internal and external audit groups and assists as required. Manage and coordinate offshore emergency preparedness plans, drills and exercises, and assesses and reports performance.  Provides emergency team support, leadership and training and participates as required.  Assesses and reports status of environmental monitoring programs at operational level.  Reviews general safety and Company Emergency Response Plans to ensure statutory compliance and current application to practice.  Foster a strong health, safety and environmental protection culture to the entire team always looking for opportunities to raise the level of HSE awareness.  Ensure accident-reporting system is in operation and used effectively.  Investigate all incidents including near misses and establish cause and corrective action to avoid further recurrence.  Maintain accurate safety statistics of accidents, Incidents and near misses.  Review and upgrade standards and procedure in the work environments focusing on continue improvements to eliminate and prevent injury or decease.  Provide monthly report to the Top Management.  Organizing and conducting periodic drill and report any short fall to the appropriate authority with proper justification and recommendations.

Field support Technician Full Time

• Job Details: Provide HSE leadership and technical expertise to company and sub contactor’s personnel to continuously improve HSE.  Coordinating and attending HSE Meeting, Operational meeting, Top Management meeting and actively participating in decision making to improve safe working conditions / practices to achieve optimum safety standards.  Preparation and implementation of project specific HSE plans to ensure safe working practices and adequate emergency response and diesel teste for BTS station at the deport prior to loading to site using the lab teste equipment.  Establish and monitor an emergency rescue/response plan and periodic drills / training in case of an emergency preparation and updating overall staff’s HSE Matrix.  Discuss HSE issues every day through daily meeting to promote and enhance HSE performance.  Facilitate and use the regular Safety and Communications Meetings to reinforce everyone’s HSE commitments and behaviors.  Carryout daily site inspections and advice for corrective actions and conducting safety audits on company’s operation to ensure safe methods of work with staff to monitor and improve health and safety standards in their workplaces.  Strict enforcement of Company HSE Policy.
