Tele Sales Specialist

• Job Details:Offer and sell services and products to existing subscribers and potential customers by providing information that assures and guarantees that their needs are met once they purchase a product or obtain a specific service. Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about the organization's product and services. Answer customer technical questions about products and services. Understand customer requirements and complete sales processes by answering on various questions. Follow up and enter customer information and update it periodically in the institution's databases. Dealing with customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to maintain the reputation of the institution. Make the maximum effort to achieve the required sales percentage and facilitate the upcoming sales. Negotiate with customers regarding products, prices and product quotations. Make quotations and issue invoices for them from Onyx system.

Merchandiser

• Job Details:Following customers’ orders from cutting to shipping. Costing and negotiating with the clients. Dealing with clients for new developments and running orders. Coordinate with sample section and production section. Coordinate with logistics team and internal teams to achieve deadlines and quality customer requirements. Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to replenish stock as needed. Follow up with the development coordinator on daily tasks. Follow up on color and quality lab testing and results (internal and external). Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery receipts, and invoices. Prepare shipping and export documents as required for international shipments. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide orders status updates and resolve issues.
