• References check, Sending & negotiating job offers.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Conducted exit interviews with leavers to be more aware about the information related to the company turnover and enhance our retention plan.

Employee relations
• Carry out Human Resources Policies and procedures.
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws & regulations
• Handle employee concerns and strive to resolve them in a positive, timely manner
• Manage full setup for new hires’ logistics.
• Introduce ER new initiatives.
• Manage the provision and the generating of all ER and services reports.
• Maintain completion and confidentiality of all employees’ records.
• Maintain accurate attendance system and prepare weekly & Monthly working hours analysis
• Monitor and track vacation plans, issue vacation calendar.
• Perform added tasks as per management needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Handle total rewards, compensation & benefits, performance management.
• Coordinate and apply suitable incentive plans with payments according to the targets achieved for every employee.
• Administer and explain benefits to employees.
• Prepare and review payroll monthly report
• Implement resignation administration procedures.
