• Job Details:Following up galvanization line. • Measuring & Determining temperature & PH value for each bath. • Analyzing & calibrating each of zinc bathes, (activation – passivation – neutralization) bathes and degreasing bathes to determine the proper quantities of acids & chemical materials to be added. • Controlling the stock of chemical materials. • Creating purchasing orders for chemical materials. • Ensuring that the process is set up to provide maximum output levels & efficient running of production facilities. • Visually inspecting & manually testing products before, during & after manufacturing process. • Having the authority to accept or reject products as necessary. • Above mentioned tasks are done using SAP & MS office software's.
