• Job Details:- Managed the Group portfolio of infrastructure projects. - Review and direct the performance of the project teams to ensure the project plans across the different projects are updated and meet the deadlines including project schedule/tracking, resource plans, quality plans..etc. - Utilize project management software to manage schedules and track project metrics in coordination with the assigned project managers. - Maintain projects’ KPIs for optimum delivery of sustainable projects.

• Job Details:Managed the assigned program of projects ensuring delivery to the set targeted goals for Time, Quality and Scope. - Project Planning right from inception up to the final delivery for operation. - Coaching and directing the reporting team of project managers for maximum delivery. - Ensure the projects’ plans are constantly updated, risks are monitored, changes are controlled and deviations are planned for. - Coordinate with the different internal departments for smooth delivery of projects – Logistics, Finance, Business development..etc
