• Job Details:Performing facility tours ensuring compliance of FMS standards. ▪ Conducting quality training sessions for staff education about JCI standards. ▪ Participates in implementing the organization’s quality plan under supervision of the quality chairman. ▪ Performs tracer surveys & other types of internal surveys to measure the hospital performance. ▪ Issuing, modifying and coding of policies & procedures of hospital departments. ▪ Performing risk assessment and analysis, monitoring of risk program implementation. ▪ Monitoring supply chain process for compliance with JCI standards. ▪ Preparing medical statistics reports using SPSS program. ▪ Issuing key performance indicators and analyzing the performance of different departments. ▪ Participation in many performance improvement projects all over the hospital. ▪ Presents the quality evaluation of hospital services in the regular hospital quality meetings. ▪ Preparing & controlling all QMS (quality management system) documentation needed for JCI survey 2014 & 2017. ▪ Preparing for JCI stroke program accreditation 2017. ▪ SAP Super user, participated in the preparation for new electronic health record system.
