• Job Details:• Conducting routine microbiology assays following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) such as TAMC (Total Aerobic Microbial Count) and TYMC (total combined yeast and Mold) using pour plate method and filtration method. • Collecting Environmental Monitoring samples including high quality water systems, production area, and the laboratory using settle plates, contact (RODAC) plates and swabs, and Finger plates and gown plates. • Reporting and archiving the results.

• Job Details:Operating equipment, testing different cell lines by Culturing, subculturing, counting, seeding, cryopreservation, MTT assay. Preparing the chemical solutions, sterilizing the solutions, the equipment, and the bench surfaces. Estimating the IC50 and recording results using the computer. Troubleshoot the problems and developing the procedures.
