• Job Details:• creating Purchase request on ERP • send the Purchase order to the supplier • receive the Perform invoice from foreign suppliers and review price and quantity then confirm or negotiate • send all the certificates and the invoice to the regulatory affairs team and follow up the process with them • follow up the production process with the supplier • get an ACID number from Nafeza • find a reservation or space to ship our shipments • review the import documents and handle it with supplier before receive the originals and ship the goods • handle the cargo x process with supplier • send the documents to the bank • manage the shipping process • handle the customs clearance and transportation process with the broker • manage the warehouse to receive the shipments • prepare the estimated cost then review the final cost -operations specialist at power peak group (Jun 2020-Dec 2020) • find a space from the shipping lines to customers • sending the request to foreign freight forwarders and shipping lines • follow up with the shipping lines • handle the shipping documents
