• Job Details: Follow up with the mobilization process daily. - Receive short listed candidates list. - Search for candidates through different channels and Screen them through phone call - Record the screening results in screening Sheet - Perform Tests to the Candidate - Interview the candidate and evaluate the core and functional competencies - Send accepted candidates to concerned parties to take the necessary actions - Update HR sharing Folder with the new batch data. - Collect nominees according to selected criteria in the Internal Vacancy - Receive probation Period assessment from direct managers - Calling the candidates to prepare their papers required. - Follow up with the candidates till they finish their papers. Payroll:- • Checking people's hours • Making the monthly payments on time • Working out tax and national insurance deductions • Setting up new members of staff • Calculating overtime
