• Job Details:Key Responsibilities: -Prepare monthly /quarterly financial statements, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries. -Reviewing, verifying invoices and check requests, set invoices up for payment, oversee purchase of supplies, tracked supplies, recorded in general ledger. -Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets. -Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and trend analysis as required for monthly close. -Ensure timely payment of the invoices; assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. -Assist in preparing cash budget related to foretasted payments to vendors and creditors. -Reconcile accounts payable accounts to the general ledger and other accounts as assigned.
